My humble pranam O My Ram and My Divine Gurujans. All are Yours and everything is from You My Ram. I feel like a tap who is nothing on its own till You turn it on and allow water to flow. O My Ram , I feel like a pen, who is nothing on its own till You supply ink and make it write. Allow me to feel like this throughout My Raaum !

Pujya Swamiji Maharajshri after the theme of karmas take up the theme of ‘surrender’ / samarpan . He says that I take the refuge of Ram with deep faith and deep determination as a result I leave all worries behind by belonging to the Lord, the greatest Masters of all!

Surrender Gurujans say is the pinnacle of Bhakti / devotion. Once it happens, Lord takes over the devotee completely! They say that complete surrender is not an easy concept! It’s very difficult but the one who is able to do it , achieves it !

A completely surrendered person’s sign is that he does not worry about anything. He accepts every situation whole heartedly. He becomes the tool of the Lord. The way Raaum works through him , the devotee works. Maharajshri says that the person who has surrendered completely, Lord does not make him work according to his karmas! No ! Raaum makes him work according to Him ! As the devotee is in Raaum’s hands, in case he makes mistakes, he is not punished by prakriti, which does not know how to forgive. Instead , he is slightly reprimanded by the Lord Himself lovingly, such that the devotee comes back on the right path!

Being tension free, is the glory of surrender ! Every planning, every decision is ordained by Ram . The devotee knows this, believes in it and acts according to it. As a surrendered person is a non doer, hence he takes no stress about being right or wrong , as His Lord is making Him to everything !

O My Ram ! O Gurujans! Allow us to be surrendered at Your Lotus feet. Allow us to accept Your will as our will lovingly and with complete acceptance. As You are our everything and You know what’s best for us. All and all at Your Lotus feet My Lord!

कर्म कैसे बंधन से मोक्ष का साधन बने

यदि आप कर्मयोगी बनना चाहते हो तो इस ढंग से कर्म करो कि बीज अंकुरित ही न हो। यह कैसे होगा ?

कर्म जड़ है । उसे बिल्कुल पता नहीं कि मैं बंधन का कारण बनने जा कहा हूँ या मोक्ष का साधन।
यह सब किस पर निर्भर करेगा ? आपके भाव पर ।
भगवानश्री कहते हैं – कर्म को कर्मयोग बनाने के लिए आसक्ति का त्याग करो । यदि व्यक्ति कर्म आसक्ति से युक्त होकर करता है तो उसका कर्म बंधन का कारण बन जाता है। कौन नहीं चाहता कि हम अच्छा कर्म करें और अच्छा कर्म बार बार करें । यह है कर्म के प्रति आसक्ति।

दूसरी चीज – जो कर्म मुझे शुभ फल दे मैं वही कर्म करूँगा । इसका आधार क्या है – शुभ फल ।
मैं वही काम करूँगा जिससे मैं बडा बनूँगा । यह हुई कर्मफल के प्रति आसक्ति ।

तीसरी – कर्ता पन का अभिमान का त्याग ।

चौथी – कर्म न करने में भी तेरी रुचि न हो ।

इन सभी के पश्चात कर्म परमात्मा को अर्पित करने के योग्य बन जाता है। यही कर्म पूजा के पुष्प बन जाते हैं ।

कर्म के प्रति अनासक्ति । राग द्वेष परमेश्वर ने हमें दो अस्त्र शस्त्र दूसरों के लिए दिए हुए हैं । पर हम मूढ अपने लिए इस्तेमाल कर लेते हैं । हमें परमात्मा ने राग किस लिए दिया हुआ है कि हम परमात्मा से प्रीति करें, हमारा अनुराग परमात्मा से हो जाए। कुसंग के प्रति द्वेष , विषयों के प्रति द्वेष , इनके प्रति द्वेष हो जाए तो जीवन सफल हो गया। यह राग द्वेष का सदुपयोग है। यदि मोह ममता में घिर गए तो आप अपने कर्तव्यों का पालन तो नहीं कर सकोगे।

आसक्ति रहित कर्म कीजिएगा । यदि संसार में रहते हुए आपकी दृष्टि परमेश्वर पर रहती है तो आपके कर्म पूजा बन जाएँगे । वह कर्म कर्मयोग बन जाएगा । अनासक्त व्यक्ति को कोई फ़र्क़ नहीं पडता कि वह श्रीरामशरणम बैठ हुआ है, घर पर बैठा हुआ है , दुकान पर बैठा हुआ है। हमारा व्यवहार इसीलिए अलग है कि हम यहाँ अलग हैं, घर में अलग हैं । कर्मयोग घर से शुरू होता है। यदि व्यक्ति घर को छोड़ बाहर कर्मयोग की चर्चा करता है तो वह पाखण्डी है।

आसक्ति रहित कर्म – कर्तापन का अभिमान ।

साधना तैयारी है भगवान का विराट रूप देखने के लिए । अर्जुन भगवान का विराट स्वरूप देखकर भयभीत हो गया था । अर्जुन साधक नहीं था । जहाँ दृष्टि दिव्य है वहाँ न किसी प्रकार का सुख न दुख है। पार्थ यह मैंने मार रखे हुए है। औरों को दिखाई दे कि पार्थ मार रहा है पर मार तो मैंने रखे हैं । यह यश यह श्रेय यह शोभा मैं तुम्हें दिलाना चाहता हूँ । यह परमात्मा की प्रभुता है। सब कुछ करते हुए भी आपको श्रेय देते हैं । वाह बेटा वाह तू अपने परिवार का पालन पोषण कितने अच्छे से कर रहा है। परमेश्वर कहते हैं कि यह सब करने का बल मैंने तुझे दे रखा है । पर हम यह पहचानते नहीं हैं । हमें तो केवल स्टेज पर करना है । सब कुछ परमात्मा ने कर रखा है।

न कर्म में आसक्ति
न कर्म फल में आसक्ति
न कर्तापन का अभिमान
इसप्रकार से कर्म कर्मयोग बन जाएगा ।

Being in His Divine wish is the most pious Karma

O My loving Raaum , O my kind Gurujans, My heartfelt salutations at Your Lotus feet . O Divine Ones, words cannot express my gratitude, for Your compassion,that You shower  for no apparent  reason !

O Swamiji Maharajshri I know nothing , You know that , no shashtras , nothing O Sadguru Maharaj! Yet you make this body write about Your Divine sayings ! All Yours!

As the theme of ‘karma‘ comes to a closure today , Pujya Swamiji Maharaj says that Ram’s Divine wish in everything encourages all and accepting His wish in everything that happens is the most pious karma! 

It’s All Ram’s . The Universe , this earth , everything on this earth is His. Not only His , but He Himself is in all ! Thus say all souls who have realized Him! We are here by His kind Grace, in this Human form. He has provided for us everything that we need for our stay here ! So He being the Master Planner, His Divine wish reigns Supreme !

Gurujans say that a person who understands this , who understands that My Ram is unbiased, My Raum knows what’s the best for everyone, My Raaum always provides justice, what so ever, learns to accept His will, learns to be satisfied in whatever He ordains. As a result there are no complaints, no grudges for life’s situations. The person then goes about doing his karmas as His will . And these Pujya Swamiji Maharajshri says are the most pious, purest form of karmas. The karmas done with this intention, are selfless and according to His wish! They deliver us from the cycle of birth and death and make us Raaum’s forever !

O Raaum, fill us with Your name ! Fill us with You O My beloved ! Allow us to please You , by being in Your wish always ! Bless us O Divine Gurujans, bless us all !

Devotion an antidote to effects of all karmas

O My Raam, my pranaams. O my Divine Gurujans who led me to my Ram, many many pranaams at Your Lotus feet. It’s solely with Your wish O Gurujans, I sit at Your Lotus feet at this hour to learn …

Pujya Swamiji Maharajshri says that the past sanskaras of desires are present as seeds of karmas. When we get the consequence of it  becomes a tree and bears fruit called ‘prarabhdh‘.

Pujya Maharajshri says that these prarabhdh are what we get our life. The package depends on good karmas, bad karmas of all previous births. Our being human or any other form, our personality, our environment in which we are born, parents, siblings, education, behavior, family, everything is determined by these. Happiness, sadness what we get in this life are determined by our own karmas. God just packages them and gives it to us. God merely works here to give the results of our karmas that we have performed.

So how can one remove these prarabhdh? Pujya Maharajshri says by using them they get removed. Let’s say we get sick , by getting sick that prarabhdh got removed. Or we got a raise. So by getting it , the karma got erased. Here Gurujans explain, that one needs to focus on the ones which we already have and not add on more! Like , if somebody is angry and we react, we build our karma. If we did not react , we cancelled it ! Reaction adds on the karma. If somebody has been very hurtful, this is the karma we are getting. If we pray for that person and pray for forgiveness, our karma does not get added plus a good karma gets added. This is how we can remove our karmas and not add on new ones! This is how they say that we determine our own future !!

Swamiji Maharajshri suggests that there is another way when the effect of prarabhdh can be really reduced. That is by devotion. By chanting of Lord’s name countless times, by doing Shri Amritvani paath, by meditation, the effect of these karmas can automatically be really reduced. The devotee would be in the middle of a problem, but he won’t feel it. There would be monetary crunch, but he won’t feel it. Lots of turns in life for the better can take place by devotion. Pujya Maharaj says that the person whose inner self is very strong that person also will not feel the pangs of prarabhdh. 

Hence, devotion is an antidote to all situations in this life. Ram Naam is so powerful that it’s chant has the power to burn the seeds of karmas, whether dormant or active ones. Ram Mantra given by Pujya Swamiji Maharaj can turn lives of negativity to those of complete enrichment!! Behavior , that’s based on sanskaaras are the first outward signs of change of personality due to devotion. Thinking patterns from negative to positive are again sanskaaras, which get changed due to devotion. It’s a huge change .. Not an ordinary one! A murderer can become a saint! A person with huge anger can go to deep meditative silence!

कर्मयोग

हर कर्म क्रिया है पर हर क्रिया कर्म नहीं है। व्यक्ति नन्हा शिशु है बड़ा होता है, इसमें क्रिया तो है पर कर्म कोई नहीं । बचपन से जवानी फिर बुढ़ापा , क्रिया तो हो रही है पर कर्म नहीं । हृदय धड़कता है, क्रिया तो है पर कर्म नहीं ।
क्रिया कर्म तब बनती है जब उसमें कर्तापन ( doer ship) आ जाता है। यही कर्म बंधन का कारण बन जाता है। इसे निर्बंध करना ही कर्मयोग है। जहाँ कर्म के साथ यह होगा, मैंने यह कर दिया, मैंने वह कर दिया, मैं यह करवा रहा हूँ , इत्यादि इत्यादि … जहाँ आपने अपने कर्तापन की stamp लगादी, आपके मुख से निकल गया ” मैं” बस , वही कर्म बंधन का कारण बन जाएगा।

हम सब कर्मयोगी हैं , हम सब को कर्मयोगी ही बनना है। भक्ति हमें बल देती , समझ देती है, समर्थ देती है । स्वामीजी महाराज कहते हैं भक्ति युक्त कर्मयोगी बनिएगा। संत महात्मा समझाते हैं कि हर व्यक्ति के पास समय है समझ है, सामग्री है, समर्थ है। यदि व्यक्ति इनको संसार की ओर मोड़ देता है तो कर्मयोग कहा जाता। परमात्मा की ओर मोड़ दिया जाता है तो भक्तियोग कहा जाता है। प्रकृति की ओर मोड़ दिया जाता है तो ज्ञानयोग कहा जाता है।अपनों की ओर मोड़ दिया जाता है तो इसे जन्म मरण का योग कहा जाता है।

कर्म बंधन का कारण तब है जब इसे समझ से न किया जाए। यदि इसे समझ कर किया जाए तो यह मोक्ष का साधन है। कर्म बीज है जो अंतकर्ण में बीज दिया जाता है जो कालान्तर में विशाल वृक्ष बन जाता है जिसपर तरह तरह के फल लगते हैं। फल इस पर निर्धारित होता है कर्म के पीछे क्या भावना है ।

Life’s situations are Ram’s leela

O My Ram , my all in all and My Gurujans, I prostrate at Your Lotus feet. Kindly accept my soulful salutations.

Pujya Swamiji Maharajshri says that enjoy your life in His Divine leela or Divine play, consider everything as His doing. He says let go of your ego and understand that it’s Ram’s play that’s going on.

Gurujans say that everything is coming from our most lovable Ram so enjoy your life by experiencing this divine truth. But we really don’t like the way some days go! Somebody does our back biting, we get upset, somebody says things that are not according to us or not according to our personality, we get upset. Situations arise which are not according to what we want, hence we get upset! So we are not actually enjoying our Ram’s play! We want things according to our own wishes! We want things the way we plan it ! All this wishful things are ego driven ! and not accepting what Divinity is offering us,hence we get stressed and upset !

Gurujans suggest that consider the situations that are not according to our wishes as tests. Tests are meant to be taken and passed ! Why tests are there? Such that we overcome our weaknesses and get spiritually elevated and hence inch closer to Ram! Maharajshri says that It’s My loving Ram’s extreme compassion that He brings these tests, in hope that after this my devotee will be more closer to me! The distance between me and my devotee will reduce!! Maharajshri says, we can never understand how eagerly  Ram awaits for us ! How He makes provisions, provides situations such that we come closer to Him ! But we being ego driven, just want the fulfillment of our wishes and hence do not enjoy His play, nor pass His test ! Gurujans say that we have to take the same test repeatedly till we understand it and pass it !!  

Maharajshri says, that Ram is not cruel or insensitive! He is the most compassionate One! It is because of His compassion that He takes the form of Guru and comes to elevate our Souls ! All is well and all is just and beautiful in His world!

जैसी करनी वैसा फल , आज नहीं तो निश्चित कल

आज एक आचार्य कहते हैं कि मुझे अपने पित्रों को प्रसन्न करने के लिए एक बलि देनी है । एक बकरा ले कर आओ।शिष्य बकरा ले आए । कहा इसे नहलाओ धुलाओ तिलक लगाओ, गले में फूल आदि डालो और तैयार करके मेरे पास वे आओ। मैं संकल्प लूँगा तब बलि दी जाएगी । शिष्य बकरे को तैयार कर रहे हैं । बकरा एक पल के लिए हँसा। हँसने के बाद रोया है । शिष्यों ने कारण पूछा। वह बोला अपने गुरू के पास ले जाओ , वहीं बताऊँगा । तैयार करके बकरे को शिष्य ले गए । उन्होंने गुरू महाराज को बताया । गुरू महाराज बोले बताओ बकरे क्यों हँसे और क्यों रोए थे । बकरा बोला पिछले जन्म में मैं भी आचार्य था । और मुझे भी इसी तरह बकरे की बलि देनी थी। बकरा इसी प्रकार तैयार किया था । दे दी बलि । उस कर्म फल के अन्तर्गत मुझे पाँच सौ बार अपनी गर्दन कटवानी है । एक बार बलि दी थी । पाँच सौ बार बकरा बनके तो मुझे अपनी बलि देनी थी ।499 बार हो चुके हैं । यह पाँच सौ बारी है, इसलिए प्रसन्न हूँ । मेरे बकरे की योनि खत्म होने वाली है। रोया इसलिए कि आप का हाल भी यही होने वाला है।

गुरू महाराज ने सुन कर चिन्तन मनन किया कहा- बकरे हम तुझे मारेंगे नहीं । वह बोला कोई बात नहीं , आप नहीं मारेंगे कोई और मारेगा। पर मुझे तो आज मरना है । उस एक कर्म का फल मुझे पाँच सौ बार भुगतना पड़ा । गुरू महाराज अपने शिष्यों को कहते हैं इनके पीछे पीछे जाओ। रक्षा करना कि इसके कोई मारे न।शिष्य पीछे पीछे गए । बकरे को भूख लगी। पहाड़ी पर चढा। वहाँ झाड़ियाँ थीं , बकरा झाड़ियों से पत्ते खाने लग गया। जिस पहाड़ी पर वह खा रहा था , उस पहाड़ी के ऊपर से एक बडा पत्थर लुडका, उसकी गर्दन पर पड़ा , गर्दन लुडकी और वह मर गया । उसकी गर्दन उसी प्रकार कटी जैसे कि तलवार से कटी हो !

कर्म सिद्धान्त कितना प्रबल है कितना पक्का है, इसे झुठलाया नहीं जा सकता ।

कर्म को कर्म नहीं काट सकता । आपने कुछ दान किया है उसका फल पुण्य मिलना चाहिए । पर आपसे कोई अपराध हो गया है । वह पाप , दान पुण्य को बार बार करने से नहीं कटता । पर यह सामर्थ्य भक्ति में है। यह समर्थ ज्ञान में है। यह उन पुण्यों में नहीं है जो हम रोज़ करते हैं । दान देते हैं, तीर्थ स्थानों पर जाते हैं, यज्ञ हवन करते हैं । उनसे जो पुण्य प्राप्त होता है, उन पुण्यों में सामर्थ नहीं है कि उस पाप को काट जाए। यह पाप काटने का सामर्थ्य भक्ति में है। सत्संगति में है। समर्पण में है । अमृतवाणी पाठ में है जो आप करते हो, जप में है जो आप करते हो। ध्यान में है जो आप करते हो ।

Selfless service and devotion can burn seeds of Karma

Param Pujya Swamiji explains that by being in the Divine wish of Ram, one needs to perform actions that are beneficial . The actions like charity to the needy, compassion and selfless service to others are considered beneficial .

Gurujans say that serving others, serving Ram , needs to be selfless, without even any motive for any good results. Any sort of motive, will lead to the birth of the seed of karma. Service if done by offering a service to the Lord and a service to His children, devoid of any ego , gets noticed by the compassionate Lord.

Gurujans explain that the consequence of a bad karma cannot be ‘replaced’ by that of a good karma! Each has to bear its own fruit. But if the sadhak does devotion of the Lord, by lovingly chanting His name millions and millions of times ,by meditating on His name, then many many bad karmas get washed away! The seeds of these negative karmas get burnt and a devotee becomes light from the load of the karmas.

Gurujans explain that we as spiritual aspirants need to understand that we have taken birth to serve all and leading a life of acceptance and surrender to the Lord. As by serving others, ( our family, society ) only our karmas get finished off. So one should focus on getting the karmas paid off and try our best not to further increase them by inculcating more desires or wishes; as these are the source of giving birth to new seeds of karma.

We should fear our karmas and not loving Ram

Pranaam My loving Ram and my Divine Gurujans. You envelope me as I prostrate at Your Lotus feet from all directions, it’s only You who pour out the Divine knowledge for me to learn..

Param Pujya Swamiji Maharajshri says that  there are no faults, or dirt in Ram and His divine wish is beyond faults ! It’s the human desire that is dirty and full of faults and anger.

Pujya Maharajshri says that Ram is the most compassionate One, He is completely unbiased and He pure justice. It is never that if someone has performed good karmas He’ll give bad consequences or if someone has performed bad karmas, He’ll give good consequences! No ! He never does that! Maharaj says that we never have to fear Him as He is all Love. We always should fear our karmas, our actions.

Pujya Maharajshri says that it is our own desires that lead us to pain and suffering. When desires are not fulfilled, it gives rise to anger and anger fails our mind to think rationally. Hence we suffer. We keep making mistakes, never realizing that we are making! Thus ignorance envelops than cause more negation of karmas. Hence , Gurujans ask us repeatedly to stop pouring oil in our wish lamp of desires and learn to be in the Divine wish. The happiness and contentment in Divine wish is incomparable to any of our own wishes being fulfilled. Accepting Divine wish is NOT giving up on life !! It is making our life rich and fulfilling ! 

O My precious Ram, as we realize that it’s you and You alone who is the Source of peace, happiness and abundant love, we learn to accept Your wishes as our wishes, as You can never be biased, You can never be unjust!! All Yours my Ram all Yours!

कर्म

परमेश्वर से डरने की ज़रूरत नहीं । शैतान से भी डरने की ज़रूरत नहीं । अपनी करनी से डरने की ज़रूरत है। कितना बलवान है कर्म । बच्चा बच्चा जानता है कि परमेश्वर सर्वसमर्थ है। हम ऐसा मानते हैं कि शास्त्र उससे बडा नहीं।
परमेश्वर सर्वसमर्थ होते हुए भी ऐसा नहीं कर सकता कि किसी ने शुभ कर्म किए हैं, उसे अशुभ फल दे .. वह नहीं कर सकता । वह सर्वशक्तिमान है, कुछ भी कर सकता है, पर किसी ने भला काम किया है उसके बदले उसे दुख दे.. ऐसा वह नहीं कर सकता । और किसी ने पाप कर्म किया है तो उसके बदले में उसे सुख दे दे .. ऐसा भी वह नहीं करता। तो स्पष्ट है न कि कर्म फल कितना बलवान है ।

यह परमात्मा का विधान है कि दुख देकर सुख की इच्छा रखनी यह ईश्वर का विधान नहीं है। आप अपने परिवार को दुखी रखते हो , परिवार आपके कारण दुखी है और बदले में आप सुख की अपेक्षा करो, यह परमात्मा का विधान नहीं है। वह आपकी भक्ति आपकी सेवा स्वीकार नहीं करेगा ।
इस विधान का वह पूरा आदर करता है । किसी का दिल जला कर, जहाँ आपकी इच्छा है कि इसका दिल जले , इस प्रकार से आपने किसी को दुख दिया है, दिल जलाया है, उसके बदले में आपको सुख मिल जाए, यह परमात्मा का विधान नहीं है। फल बदल नहीं सकता परमात्मा , इससे तो यही लगता है कि कर्म फल सबसे बड़ा है । लेकिन फल भी तो कर्म के अधीन है , इसलिए यही स्वीकार करना होगा कि कर्म बहुत बलवान है । अत: कर्म करो ऐसे जैसे हो फल की माँग ।

फल तरह तरह का है । जैसे आज रात आपने कोई गंदी चीज खा ली , हो सकता है मध्य रात्री ही आपको उठना पड़े , उल्टी के लिए , दस्त लग जाएँ। यह उस कर्म का तत्काल फल है ।
आज आपने परीक्षा दी, उसका result तीन महीने बाद मिलने वाला है, तो तीन महीने बाद कर्म फल । फल की अवधि परमेश्वर के अधीन ही है। कब कहाँ कितना क्या फल देना है, सब उसके अधीन है ।
एक पौधा है । वह कुछ तीन महीने के बाद फल देता है । दूसरा पौधा छ महीने के बाद , तीसरा साल के बाद चौथा पाँच साल के बाद । यह तो यहाँ की चीज़ें हो गई ।

कुछ ऐसी चीज़ें भी हैं जिनका फल इस जन्म में सम्भव नहीं , उसके लिए अगला जन्म लेना पड़ेगा । और यह सत्य है, यह स्पष्ट दिखाई देता है हमें ।

परमेश्वर सज़ा नहीं देता देवियों और सज्जनों । उसके यहाँ अत्याचार, अन्याय नहीं है । वह मात्र हमारे लिए व्यवस्था करता है कि जो किया है, उसके फल का भुगतान इसका हो जाए ताकि इसका कर्म कटे । यह कर्म बोझ उठाके रखेगा तो इसके जन्म मरण का चक्कर छूटेगा नहीं । यह सत्य है कि हम सब यहां अपने कर्मों का ऋण उतारने के लिए आए हुए हैं। उतर गया तो यहीं हिसाब किताब खत्म, और ले लिया तो अगले जन्म की तैयारी । संत महात्मा समझाते हैं कि जो लिया हुआ है उसी को उतारो । और न लो, ताकि यह जन्म मरण का चक्कर , जो इतनी पीड़ा देने वाला है , यहीं खत्म हो जाए ।
