मैं कोई भाव नहीं महसूस कर पाता जब जाप करता हूँ , जिसके कारण यह सब बहुत रूखा सा लगता है।कृपया बताइए कि जब मैं जाप करता हूँ तो मेरे भीतर जैविक, मनोवैज्ञानिक और ब्रह्माण्डिय स्तर पर क्या हो रहा होता है? 

 गुरूजन कहते हैं कि दिव्य प्रेम तभी प्रवाहित होता है जब हम राम नाम अत्यधिक प्रेमपूर्वक लें। भाव महसूस करने हेतु राम का उच्चारण रााााााााााओऽऽऽऽऽऽऽऽम की तरह करिए । मानो कि आप लम्बा राम ऐसे ले रहे हैं जैसे कि बहुत गहराई से उसे पुकार रहे हों। यह लम्बा राम भाव लाने में सहायता करता है और हम आसानी से ध्यान में भी उतर सकते हैं। 
पूज्य महाराजश्री कहते हैं जाप का लक्ष्य स्वयमेव ध्यानाव्स्था में उतरना है। सो,यदि जाप इस तरह करके आप ध्यान में प्रवेश कर जाते हैं तो जाप का लक्ष्य सफल हो गया। 
जब आप प्रेमपूर्वक जाप करते हैं तो  जैविक स्तर पर आपकी इंद्रियाँ मंत्र की ध्वनि के साथ संयुक्त हो जाती हैं । यह ध्वनि हमें मानसिक स्तर पर शान्ति प्रदान करती है और हम मनोवैज्ञानिक स्तर पर तनाव रहित हो जाते हैं। यदि यह प्रक्रिया बिना किसी अवरोधक के चलती जाए तब हम ब्रह्माण्ड की सर्वोच्य शक्ति ” राम” जो मंत्र में ही विराजित हैं, जैसे परम पूज्य श्री स्वामीजी महाराजश्री ने कहा है, उससे एक्य प्राप्त करते हैं। यहाँ पूज्य महाराजश्री कहते हैं कि राम नाम का उच्चारण भी बंद हो जाता है। 
I’m unable to feel emotions while doing my jaap, making it a dull experience at times. So please tell me what exactly is happening within me when I’m doing the jap at biological, psychological and cosmic level 
Gurujans say that true love can flow if we chant Ram Naam with utmost love … 
to feel that bhav utter RAM as Raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaauuuuuuum….

Meaning, that take a long RAM as if you are calling out to Him in real depth… this long chant of Ram assists in developing that bhav and one can even slip easily into meditative mode ..

Pujya Maharajshri says that the aim of jaap is to go automatically in dhyaan… so if by doing this kind of jaap.. you enter this mode then that means purpose of jaap is solved! 

When you lovingly chant RAM this way… at the biological level your senses get connected to the sound of the Mantra RAM. That sound generates energy that helps relax us at the psychological level… if this RAM goes in further depth without any interruption that we get connected to the Supreme cosmic power.. RAM that resides in the name itself… it’s it’s in the name that the Supreme Lord resides, as said by Pujya Shri Swamiji Maharaj. Pujya Maharajshri says that here even the chant of RAM Naam stops.
